Rebecca Neal is an Actuary at TT Actuarial Inc.

Rebecca has more than 10 years of consulting experience in the field of retirement and pension benefits. She started her career at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), where she developed her areas of expertise beyond pension valuations to include pension accounting rules and special events under FAS, CICA and IAS, journey plans for the broad implications of plan windups, and the financial implications of significant business events. During this time, Rebecca developed trusted client relationships by thinking outside the box, effectively communicating timely legislative implications and managing global team collaboration. She achieved her designation as Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in 2010 and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in 2011.

In 2014, Rebecca took time away from actuarial work to travel around the world. She has visited more than 40 countries and is always happy to share a travel story. Following that adventure, she joined Morneau Shepell (now TELUS Health) for a few years and expanded her range into the consulting side of pension administration, data science and health benefits analytics.

Rebecca joined the TT Actuarial Inc. team in 2022 and is now happily providing services to pension plans both large and small and is thrilled to be surrounded by an amazingly supportive group of professionals.
